Refund & Replacement Policy
Draft updated September 1, 2026. This practical launch draft is not a substitute for review by a Connecticut attorney.
Digital quest purchases
Because quest content is delivered digitally, a refund is not automatically promised when a customer changes plans or decides not to use it.
Materially unusable quest
If a major advertised stop is unexpectedly closed, inaccessible, or materially inaccurate and the provided backup does not reasonably solve the problem, contact support to request a practical replacement quest or, when appropriate, a refund.
Duplicate purchase
Accidental duplicate charges for the same customer and purchase will be corrected after the charges are verified.
Weather
Ordinary weather changes are not automatically refundable when a reasonable backup is provided. Severe or unsafe conditions should never be ignored to complete a quest.
Membership billing
Memberships renew until canceled. For cancellation, duplicate-charge, or refund help, contact support with the Stripe receipt number. Never email payment-card details.
